This document is an electronic record under the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder, including amendments related to electronic records. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, requiring publication of the rules, regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name AquaGreatRO.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).

The Platform is owned and operated by AquaGreat RO Systems (hereinafter referred to as “AquaGreat RO”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By using this Platform, purchasing our RO water purifiers, or accessing any related services, you (“user”, “buyer”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use this Platform.
  • You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering, placing an order, or communicating with us.
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account details and all activities under your account.

2. Products & Orders

  • AquaGreat RO sells RO water purifiers and related products only within India.
  • Product images on the Platform are for representation purposes. Actual product may vary slightly due to updates or manufacturing changes.
  • By placing an order, you enter into a legally binding contract with AquaGreat RO for purchase of the selected product(s).
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion (for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues).

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be made through approved payment methods (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallets, etc.).
  • AquaGreat RO uses third-party secure payment gateways. We are not liable for any unauthorized transactions arising out of your use of internet banking or payment methods.

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided by you during checkout.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and product availability.
  • AquaGreat RO is not liable for delays caused by courier/logistics partners, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

5. Warranties & Returns

  • RO water purifiers sold on AquaGreatRO.com come with manufacturer warranty as specified on the product page.
  • Return and replacement policies (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
  • Unauthorized modifications, misuse, or damage will void the warranty.

6. User Obligations

You agree not to use the Platform for:

  • Any unlawful, illegal, or fraudulent purpose.
  • Posting or transmitting harmful content.
  • Violating intellectual property rights of AquaGreat RO or third parties.

Any unauthorized use may result in suspension of your account and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on AquaGreatRO.com, including text, graphics, images, logos, and design, is the property of AquaGreat RO or licensed to us.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Your use of the Platform and purchase of products is at your own risk.
  • AquaGreat RO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, data loss, or business interruption.
  • Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim, or ₹100, whichever is less.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AquaGreat RO, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Force Majeure

We will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, power failures, internet outages, or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform after updates means you agree to the revised Terms.
